Farm Laborer/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
-Supervise farming projects while working with others.
_ Communicate well with others including management and farm workers.
_Order parts as needed.
- Operating Tractors/ Implements.
_Farm Equipment maintenance.
- Scheduling irrigations and preforming irrigations.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect fields.
-Laying Irrigation Handline.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide regular updates to management on progress of things or any issues that might occur.
-General upkeep on farm property.
Qualifications:
- Proof of prior employment in a similar field of work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills _ Ability to speak spanish (not required but preferred) _Ability to operate heavy equipment _Basic ability to maintain equipment _Have a flexible schedule and a willingness to work.
